Can you guarantee i will not be scammed?

Yes, we guarantee that we offer legit services, aiming to help anyone who is in need. We will never ask you for any large orders for the first purchase, as we are not fraudsters who try to get the most out of your pocket for the first purchase and run away. We recommend making the smallest first purchase, as we want you to test our services to prove that you can trust us and enjoy the highly qualitative products at an affordable cost.

What countries do you ship to ?

⁃ We post to the UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Channel islands.
⁃ We post with Tracked 24, which is free for orders over £150 and £4.99 for orders under 150£ We have a 99% success rate but in the very rare occasion the parcel does not arrive, we will do one free reship after 10 working days of the parcel not arriving (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR TRACKING THAT STATES DELIVERED OR ATTEMPTED DELIVERY) also we can not do free reships to the channel islands and Ireland

Hhow long does delivery takes?

⁃ All orders placed and payment cleared before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and should arrive the next day although royal mail are not always on time so please allow for 1-3 days. We give Ireland deliveries take 3-5 days. We do not ship on weekends and bank holiday.

Do you offer tracking?

⁃ We only offer tracking if the parcel does not arrive on the day it is supposed to. Then we will make it a top priority to check and send you the tracking.

Bank Transfers?

⁃ We accept bank transfer (UK only) which incurs 10% charge
⁃ We occasionally switch bank accounts details. Double-check with us before sending money on Telegram @cafe420distro

⁃ You do not need to give us your correct name, you can use any name on your order if you prefer to.

What if tracking says delivered but not received?

⁃ The tracking system is in place for both our security. This is what we have to go off and the tracking is final, if it says delivered or attempted delivery we will not reship.

what if I made a mistake in my shipping details?

⁃ It’s solely the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping details. If you have placed an order and noticed you have made an error – please contact us on telegram immediately to correct it. We do not provide refunds for anyone that has not provided incorrect shipping data.

How do we package your order?
